We got tired of being
the sixth vendor.
Three of us kept getting hired to fix one piece of a brand, the carousels, the video, the site, while five other people we’d never met handled the rest. Everyone did fine work. Nothing added up. So we built the studio we wished we’d been hired by instead.
Latent Media LTD was set up in London in late 2025, but the thinking behind it started earlier, on the freelance side of this industry, watching good work get diluted by hand-offs nobody asked for.
A brand would brief a designer, then separately brief a video editor, then separately brief whoever was running the socials that month. Each of them did solid work in isolation. None of them had read each other’s brief. The brand ended up looking like it was run by six different companies, because it was.
We built Latent Media to be the opposite of that: one room, one brief, every channel fed from the same thinking. Not a bigger agency. Fewer hand-offs.
Three people, one room.
S Rishik Reddy, Devansh S Reddy and Jeeva Ravi M started Latent Media together and still work out of the same one. No account manager sits between you and the work, and no brief gets retyped on its way from one desk to another.
Zero hand-offs isn’t
a slogan. It’s the org chart.
Every project runs through the same three people, start to ship. The person who writes the brief is in the room when it gets designed, cut, scripted and put on a page, so nothing gets lost in translation between desks that don’t talk.
We’re a young studio by design. We’d rather earn the next project on the work than pad this page with numbers that don’t mean much yet. If you want proof, that’s what the work is for.
